POLICY — EXIT TERMS
Clear terms if you decide to leave.
Every engagement begins with a 12-month initial term because the strategy, setup, website implementation, and operational foundations are delivered early and recovered over time.
You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice. If the service ends during the initial term, the final invoice includes only the remaining, clearly stated implementation balance, any non-cancellable third-party commitments made for your account, and unpaid approved invoices. We do not charge both that implementation balance and every remaining monthly service fee.
After the initial term, the service continues month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice without an early-termination amount. Before work begins, your order form states the implementation value, ownership terms, and the exact handover process.
Nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot legally be excluded.
